Research Direction and Achievements

Our original new scintillator material enables controlled mass production at room temperature; solves material industry stability issues, as the basis for industrialisation; developed a tailor-made production solution that significantly reduces the need and energy consumption of equipment, also reduces lateral crosstalk of scintillators through pixelation, dramatically improves the spatial resolution of the detector and significantly reduces dynamic imaging artefacts and radiation dose requirements.

We are currently developing Perovskite scintillator X-ray detectors and particle scintillation screens based on ZnO nanorods technology to cover medical, industrial, security and nuclear physics fields. The particle scintillation screen based on ZnO nanorod technology has been used in the Ninth insititution of the Two Bombs One Satellite in Mianyang, Sichuan Province, China. The medical Perovskite detector has also completed the prototype development and will be ready for small-scale mass production in the fourth quarter of this year.
